Jeremy is the cofounder and CEO of Dream See Do, a People Development platform working to democratize learning and habit building. They empower experts to convert their knowledge into powerful blended experiences. Throughout his life, Jeremy has served as a mentor and mentee. Starting in middle school, he was the shoulder to lean on, ultimately majoring in psychology at Washington University. His passion for self-improvement and altruistic nature led him to want to help people learn and grow – through a practice he calls ‘whole person development’. His love for technology led him to build and fix devices since he was a young lad, which evolved to digital products as an adult. Jeremy launched Dream See Do with his co-founder Josh, to actualize their dreams of melding their talents to help people across the globe.
As a life-long learner, Jeremy embodies the DSD mantra of ‘Always Learning’. He loves to create elegant digital products that unlock human potential, as he connects with the range of amazing people that he meets as CEO. Jeremy lives in Connecticut with his lovely wife and two daughters. He’s an avid yogi and meditator. Soccer, writing and performing music, travel, a zest for a variety of tasty foods, and a generous portion of humor, rounds out his diverse interests.
After working 25+ years in business, Michele completed her Master of Science degree at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, where she studied with David Cooperrider, Chris Lazlo, Melvin Smith, Ron Fry, and Richard Boyatzis. Subsequently, she had the opportunity to work with Dr. Richard Davidson, his team at Center for Healthy Minds, and the University of Wisconsin School of Business, and then with Daniel Goleman. Michele co-founded and led as the CEO of Goleman EI, which has since rebranded its name to Beyond Emotional Intelligence (BEI). She and her small team at the time designed and launched the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification (EICC) program along with the Foundational and Relationship Skills EI learning paths in 2018 with the aspiration to democratize the practice of EI.
She has since authored many articles and chapters of books on the topic of EI & Leadership and most recently wrote Beyond Emotional Intelligence: A Guide to Accessing Your Full Potential published by Wiley in November of 2021.
